Description: Patti is a 2 to 3 year old liver and white Brittany who was rescued by a wonderful Samaritan. She was found in a combination shelter/puppy mill situation and was scared to death when she arrived. But her personality quickly became apparent and she has taken to her new found freedom with vigor. She likes to follow you around the yard when she is loose. She does very well on a leash and seems to really enjoy long walks. However, being young and full of energy she does tend to get into just a little trouble when inside. She is still a chewer and tends to steal things off of low tables to chew on. Being a true Brittany she is also great at counter surfing in the kitchen. But she does listen when caught and scolded. She is getting along great with the other dogs and seems to like children. But being hyperactive she may do better in a home without young children. Patti is small for a Brittany and works hard at trying to please you. She is crate trained and is a real chow hound. Patti loves her meals and treats. She is going to make a wonderful companion with just a lot of training and understanding. Patti is a little shy around large men, but nothing a few doggy treats dont help out with. Patti is an extremely nervous little dog and very insecure so the ideal home would be with someone who has experience, lots of love, patience and time for her. Patti is spayed and up to date on all her shots, and has recently been treated for heartworm Please take a few minutes to fill out our adoption application to learn more about Patti.
