Dog Story:
Hi, my name is Kristal. I am a very sweet, energetic Brittany. I'm about two years old. I love running in the yard, chasing a tennis ball (though I don't always remember to bring it back) and playing with the other dog that I live with in my foster home.  In my previous home I lived with children and they loved me. I am eager and willing to please and very submissive. I'm a bit jumpy, but I'd love to spend time with a forever family who can give me lots of attention and training. I have a beautiful, silky white and red coat as well as adorable freckles on my nose.  My new family will need to be patient with me as I am easily distracted, but I really want to please.

I came to my foster family from another family where I lived in a small pen. When my foster family got me, I had a severe wound on my ear and a pretty bad infection in both ears. But after a couple months of care and antibiotics my ears are all better. I was also pretty skinny when my foster parents took me in, but I'm up to a healthy 30 pounds now. I've been to the vet for a check up and am going back soon to be "fixed"...I didn't know I was broken!

I really need a forever home where I can love my owners as much as they will love me. My ideal home would be with a family or a single person who has lots of time to play with me. It would be best if the children were 5 and older because I get excited and I tend to jump as a loving greeting. The best forever home for me would have a big fenced yard where I can do a lot of running and playing.

Kristal is up to date on her vaccines and heartworm negative.  She will be spayed within the next 2 weeks.

History:
I was bought at a local pet store about 2 years ago. I'm told I'm a purebred Brittany, but I'm not sure what happened to my papers.
